Genoa, Cayuga County (WSYR-TV) - The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office says two Genoa men were arrested yesterday after methamphetamine labs were discovered on their properties along Gunn Road.

The labs were found at 3075 and 3068 Gunn Road. The two properties are across the street from each other, according to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.

Methamphetamine equipment and chemicals were seized from both properties.

28-year-old Chad Bower of 3075 Gunn Road has been charged with 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 3rd degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

41-year-old Mark Walter of 3068 Gunn Road was also charged with 3rd degree unlawful manufacture of meth.

The Sheriff’s Office says the investigation into the labs is continuing, and more arrests could happen.

The two men were arraigned in Venice Town Court last night and sent to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of bail. Bail for Bower was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. Bail for Walter was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
