Beer and dessert.  It may sound like an unlikely pairing, but it's catching on with restaurateurs and beer lovers alike.  We'll show you why beer isn't only suited for washing down hot dogs and potato chips, but that it can please the most sophisticated palates, too. The leaves are falling and the temperature is dropping.  They're all signs it's prime time to begin insulating your home before the dead of Winter arrives.  When it does, what better way to keep warm than by snuggling up with a delicious cup of hot chocolate.  We'll have some food for thought about which ones to try and the which ones to pass up.
